Note: Uniform and equipment sizes can be judged using the following guidelines:

• Size 000 (under 45 lbs.); Size 00 (45-60 lbs.); Size 0 (61-75 lbs.); Size 1 (76-90lbs.); etc. (+15lbs.)

• Adult uniforms usually range from sizes 4-6 for women and sizes 5-8 for men. Follow same outline as above.
