Every year people indulge a little too much during the holidays, make a New Year’s resolution to get the excess weight off, and -without proper guidance- fail miserably. This year why not show a friend how they can have their cake and eat it too with our revolutionary NEW virtual Cardio Anabolic Kickboxing or Karate ”CAKE” Exercise program (see attached brochures).
It’s easy:
On the Holiday or day of your choice: Christmas, Kwanza, Rosh Hashanah, etc. you or your friend will receive a virtual gift certificate from you.
A week Before the class begins you or your friend will receive an email requesting the two days that they/you want to exercise. You or your friend will be enrolled in the “Google Meets” class time of your choice and you or a friend will receive an invite to class when it’s time to exercise, but why stop there these gift certificates will be good all year round and can be purchased for such events as birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, you name it! And the good thing about it is that, because the classes are virtual they can be given to anyone anywhere in the world.

Introductory and regular classes can be done at any time during the year.
